As members of the National Association of Professional Petsitters, we carry full insurance and bonding policies.
Drug Screens
All of our dogwalkers and petsitters must undergo pre-employment and random drug screens which test for the use of illegal and/or street drugs. This helps our clients to know that their homes and pets are in responsible hands.
Background Checks
Our extensive background check will screen for
any felonies and/or misdemeanors from county courts, multiple-county metro areas, state repositories, and federal courts. We also screen for felony and misdemeanor convictions in 40 states and sex offender information from 33 states, as well as a terrorist database check.
Training
We are certified in Pet First Aid and CPR from the American Red Cross. Waggin' Tailz dogwalkers are trained using this curriculum and are evaluated in their handling of pets.
Emergency Care
In the event of an emergency, we will contact you and try to take your pet to his or her veterinarian. If the situation is urgent and/or after your regular veterinarian's office hours, we have an accounts set up with
Emergency Animal Clinics. This helps to expedite the paperwork and payment considerations prior to service for your pet.
Online Scheduling
Our clients have secure access to our online scheduling system where they can confirm upcoming visits, request schedule changes, and even pay their bill.
